WYO Mortgage Advisors is a new mortgage broker in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Being a broker, I have multiple outlets for my transactions to multiple investors. Just as lenders fight for clients, investors fight for the product I provide (i.e. your loan).

Most mortgage originators are stuck with one path for their transactions. If the underwriter or the lender in general doesn’t like the deal, they will turn it away. I have more ways to say yes and that will, along with my experience level of 32 years, give me an advantage other lenders simply don’t have. I don’t only know what to do to make a transaction go smooth, I believe knowing what not to do is equally important.

Our goal is very competitive pricing and closings in under 20 days. Full and transparent communication with clients and realtors alike should be expected, not requested. We work with multiple investors that represent the largest mortgage lenders in the country. We are currently licensed in Wyoming and Colorado.
